Dried beans are a great, affordable source of low-fat protein and incredibly versatile in the kitchen. This class will teach you the basics of working with dried beans and give you a chance to try out three recipes to turn your basic beans into delicious meals.
Recipe: Basic beans, white bean spread, and crostini with beans and greens.
We ask that individuals do not register for more than five (5) tickets per class
- Class is from 6:00-7:30pm, doors open at 5:30pm
- This is a family friendly class for ages 5 and up. Younger children may be accommodated. All must be with a participating adult.
- Classes are open to all, regardless of ability to pay. We ask that all participants register online to confirm their seat.
