Volunteer Potluck Picnic

  • Jeffrey Park 165 North Parkview Avenue Bexley, OH, 43209 United States (map)

The Local Matters Ambassadors invite you to their 4th annual Volunteer Potluck Picnic! Come enjoy a causal afternoon and lots of delicious eats with your fellow Local Matters volunteers, their friends and family, as well as members of the Local Matters staff and board. We’ll eat, mingle, and enjoy some outdoor games, giving everyone a chance to get to know one another.

We’ll be there rain or shine (We Local Matters folk are a hardy group!) as we have the Memorial Shelter House reserved for the entire picnic time.

We’ll take care of the water, cups, plates, napkins, silverware, and other essentials. You should plan on bringing:

  • A dish to share that serves 10-12

  • Any necessary serving utensils

  • A non-alcoholic beverage if you want something besides water

  • Your significant other, best friend(s), roommate(s), and/or family. All ages welcome! Just please sign up everyone who’s coming so that we know how many people to expect

  • A Tupperware container or two for leftovers

  • Your favorite outdoor game that you want to share!

Parking can be accessed off of North Parkview Avenue near the front entrance of the Mansion or in the lots located near the tennis courts off of Clifton Avenue. Both are equal distances from the shleter house! Upon arriving you will find us in the Memorial Shelter House next to the childrens play area.
