Community Conversation and Meal

  • Local Matters 633 Parsons Avenue Columbus, OH, 43206 United States (map)

Topic: Organic Foods

What does it mean when food is labeled organic? Sustainable? All Natural? Non-GMO? How do you make an informed decision for you and your family? During this Community Conversation and Meal, we will be talking about what you need to know as a consumer and advocate for healthy, affordable food.

Community Conversations provide opportunities to discuss what you and others can do to effect change at home and in your community at large. Our conversations help you develop a stronger sense of what you want to accomplish related to healthy food access and food education, and foster a safe environment to explore those aspirations with others.
