Eating healthful meals is an essential part of managing diabetes. In this class, we will talk about how to make the best choices within each food group, and we will prepare several delicious, diabetic-friendly dishes.
On the menu: whole wheat pasta with spinach, roasted chicken, and summer vegetables, tossed garden salad with homemade vinaigrette.
