Does the thought of planning meals seem daunting? Let us help! In this class, we will cover one strategy to make meal planning and prep easier: batch cooking. You will have hands-on experience roasting vegetables then making several different recipes that re-purpose those vegetables!
On the menu: roasted vegetables, vegetable & cheese frittata, and black bean & roasted vegetable quesadilla
