Local Matters depends on foundations, businesses and individuals for our existence.  Therefore, your support is vital in the progress we make. Without your donations and support for our mission, our ability to achieve the goals of expanding our local food system diminishes.

Your financial contributions provide nutrition education for elementary school children,  support our efforts to teach parents how to prepare, simple nutritious meals using local, healthy foods, provide resources to support the our efforts to make nutritious food equally available to everyone regardless of economic means and promotes the creation of a local food system that can provide an incentive for our local farmers to grow more food crops while earning a living wage.

Local Matters will gladly accept gifts-in-kind to aid in furthering our mission and programs as we are always in need of items like computers, software programs and the like to keep us moving and growing.
