Ok, so it's old news that we are in a recession. As a person that keeps up on the news, I hear that we are in what is called a "Double Dip", which I wish was as sweet as the ice cream, but it means that we are going to have a short reprieve from the recession and will fall back in for a short while.  Anticipating this reemergence of tight pockets, here are some great money saving tips for the perfect New Year's par-tay!
