1 bunch of kale, washed, tough stems removed, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Spread kale out on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until edges are lightly brown and kale is crispy.
Yield: 4-6 portions
