This class will focus on how food is traditionally used for celebrations. We will discuss the importance of incorporating more whole foods in celebrations, as well as ways to make these whole foods delicious, interesting, and relevant to the celebration. Participants will make several dishes, some of which can be the main course or used as snacks.
Classes are open to all, regardless of ability to pay. We ask that all participants register online to confirm their seat.
