Join us for a 'Cook with Tradition' dinner. This month's theme is soul food. We will give a healthy makeover to traditional southern cuisine and prepare the entire meal from scratch.
On the menu: barbecued pork (or jackfruit as a vegan alternative) and coleslaw sandwiches, watermelon and tomato salad with feta and mint.
- Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to pay or skill level.
- Class is from 6:00pm - 7:30pm, doors open at 5:30pm
